We're set on a 635-hectare farm in the heart of England, but our outlook and ideas are global.
There are students from more than 30 countries on campus, working with lecturers and businesses from all over the world.
We have a thriving and growing international student community on campus and strive to increase relationships with overseas institutions in key countries, and developing international research and study opportunities.
Many students complete their placement year abroad or work overseas after graduating, to support this mobility the university offers modules in French, German and Spanish, and has introduced informal classes in Mandarin.
Planet Harper is a Students’ Union club which provides a variety of cultural events on and off campus. In 2017 the club arranged trips to historical cities in the UK such as York and Chester and arranged on-campus activities such as bubble football.
Kai Mai is the international officer at Harper, who offers support and guidance throughout your time at the university. While at Harper there is the annual international dinner to look forward to an international barbeque as well as the other events the Students’ Union hosts throughout the year.
