MSc Supply Chain Management
MSc Supply Chain Management is delivered by Aston Business School in conjunction with the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. You will develop knowledge and understanding of the theoretical and applied perspectives of supply chain management and logistics, along with specific areas of supply chain management by studying specialist modules. These areas include: relationships, partnering, ERP, simulation, purchasing, contracts, planning and optimisation.
This programme requires you to study nine taught modules, plus the completion of a major project with a dissertation of up to 20,000 words. Each taught module involves up to 22 teaching hours including tutorials, case studies and guest lectures. The programme runs from October to September with examinations and assessments held in December, March/April and June. The major project occupies the final six months, being submitted in September.
