As the result of globalisation, the global marketing environment has become ever more competitive for international and local Business. Technological and social changes have paved the way to an increased need for innovative marketing strategies. Product differentiation and market research has become crucial to any management process.  With this in mind, Bilgi University offers an innovative undergraduate, marketing programme that meets the needs of the modern, competitive marketing environment.

This program will give students the chance to choose their path according to their interest, Bilgi covers a wide range of courses including social media marketing, sustainable marketing, innovative and disruptive technology, e-marketing and database marketing.

Within the first two years of the undergraduate program, students will follow the same core module of General Business, Management and Economics. However, all other modules from the very start of the Bilgi marketing course are elective allowing student complete control over their market specialisation.

Bilgi Young Social Entrepreneur Awards

The Awards seek to identify and support young social entrepreneurs who have succeeded in making positive contributions to their communities. Those who win are young leaders who work relentlessly every day to bring peace, justice and prosperity to their communities. They are expected to have devoted themselves to their business projects and by using their creativity and leadership skills, to have served as role models to others in achieving a better world.

The ten social entrepreneurs selected annually receive mentoring through customized programmes to develop their leadership skills and strengthen their impact in the community.  Each finalist also becomes eligible to receive cash awards to enable them to improve their business projects.

Over time, the Awards seek to develop an expanding network of social entrepreneurs throughout Turkey who share their knowledge and experience with their peers both inside the country and internationally through the YouthActionNet Global Network. Find out more at www.bilgiggo.org
