LLM / MSc Construction Law and Arbitration

This course will equip the professional with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of key topics in the fields of construction law and dispute resolution. It is suitable for professionals who need to keep up-to-date with developments in these areas. There is the option of a Construction Adjudication route - adjudication is a very common form of dispute resolution in the UK construction industry. 

The course offers flexible online study enabling busy professionals to study at their own pace. A previous degree in law is not a prerequisite for this course.  The course is good for prospective students who are lawyers, surveyors, construction industry professionals, oil and gas professional, architects, contract managers and project managers.
