THE law school at Swansea University receives high ratings among students and it's also been attracting international attention recently.
Swansea University law students rated the teaching at their law school at 92% overall in the National Student Survey 2017.
In the same survey, the vast majority of students following law subjects at the Top 200 law school rated their teachers as being good explainers of their field.
Many of those students could be part of the 90% of LLB graduates who went on to employment or further study.
But if they had chosen to extend their academic legal studies, they may well soon be eligible to follow a PhD in research and take up a scholarship which is endorsed by one of the most famous people on earth: Hillary Rodham Clinton, who fought Donald Trump for the US Presidency in 2016.

The scholarship is not only a great opportunity to add a famous name to postgraduates' CVs.
The focus of the scholarship is to improve the human rights of children globally, as part of a partnership between Swansea University, Hillary Rodham Clinton and the Welsh Government.
The Hillary Rodham PhD Research Scholarship Programme is a major addition to Swansea University's international credentials, but the university already has an international reach.

Many law students have the option of taking up one of an extensive range of work placement opportunities, in countries as varied as Botswana, California and Dublin.
In line with preparing students for the world of work after graduation, Swansea University's Hillary Rodham School of Law also offers students the chance to polish their practical skills through experiential learning, so students are able to deepen their experience of actual legal practice through Clinical Legal Education and the Miscarriage of Justice Project.
Like other law schools, students have the additional opportunity to enter annual mooting competitions to sharpen their advocacy skills.

Hillary Rodham Clinton School of Law graduates also have access to professional legal courses after their initial degrees, such as the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course.
